Our Mission

At  Associates for Change, our mission is ”To generate policy relevant research and high quality consulting services in the socio-economic, governance and development sectors in order to influence social change , equity and policy reform in Africa.”

Our Goals

  1. To establish a strong and experienced network of development professionals within the African Continent employing a multi-disciplinary approach to analysis.
  2. To facilitate and lead research projects in the areas of poverty reduction, educational development, gender equity and public sector reform.​
  3. To be a responsive and professional service for development partners and Government agencies in the areas of:
    • Poverty reduction;
    • Education and Social Development;
    • Women’s Empowerment and Gender Equity;
    • Public Sector Reform and Social Impact;
    • HIV/AIDS;
    • Small Medium Enterprise Development;
    • Child Rights and Protection.
  • 4. To collaborate with like-minded agencies working on social development issues and to serve as an expert group of professionals within Africa.
